Sessions
I am located in Upstate New York and on Cape Cod, and most of my sessions take place by phone. I do sometimes have some availability to meet in person. Phone sessions are just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions.
Typically sessions last between 45 and 90 minutes, and I reserve 90 minutes for each session to allow enough time. Interestingly, the length of time rarely has anything to do with the power of what occurs, and sometimes the most life-changing sessions are short.

Brief conversations
For anyone who would like to talk with me briefly before making the decision to book a session, I offer 5-minute conversations at no charge. These are not readings or healings, but they are a chance for us to speak so you can gauge whether or not you would like to move forward.
