Types of sessions…
Most sessions take place by phone or Zoom/GoogleMeet. It is just as easy to connect over distances as it is nearby.
Do not hesitate to ask about last-minute sessions if you feel you need it. I will make time if at all possible.
Occasionally, I offer in-person sessions in Upstate New York, Cape Cod, or other locations while traveling.
All sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes, but many end sooner than that. The length of session has very little to do with how much is accomplished, and sometimes short sessions are the most powerful.
